INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN
Work location: St-Jérôme
As a technician, under the supervision of the operations manager and the service team leader, the incumbent will provide support in daily tasks related to the smooth operation of services for installations, removals, and maintenance.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Installation, removal, and maintenance of equipment at customer sites to ensure everything remains in good condition;

Preparation of tanks;

Programming of management systems;

Collaboration and discussions with the service team leader regarding any issues related to service, customers, routes, scheduling, or safety, in order to receive guidance and instructions on how to resolve the issue or situation;

Emergency case management;

Driving a cube truck or trailer and conducting pre- and post-use inspections;

Providing the responsible person with the necessary documents for billing;

Other related tasks.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

2 years of experience in a similar position;
-
Holding a valid driver's license of the appropriate class;

SIMDUT and TDG training and certification (an asset);

Excellent written and spoken French proficiency;

Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, organizational skills, and teamwork abilities;

Autonomy, versatility, and the ability to manage priorities;

Ability to lift, move, and carry heavy loads.
